CAROL ERDMAN
Carol Erdman is a master’s level licensed clinical social worker and certified substance abuse, counselor. She specializes in AODA, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and survivors of abuse. Carol sees the potential that anyone can change and that sometimes that process is uncomfortable, but together, whether individually, in families, and/or in groups, change is possible. TERESA GRIMES
Teresa Grimes provides medication evaluation and management services to adolescents and adults. She has extensive medical experience in outpatient, emergency room, and inpatient settings. She has spent over one thousand hours in study, attending Harvard psychiatry education seminars and working with area psychiatrists to gain additional expertise in the field. She sees clients in Watertown and Jefferson.
ROGER KLEIN
Roger Klein is the co-founder of Family Resources Associates, Inc. He is a licensed clinical and school psychologist providing an evaluation for learning problems and ADHD, consultation, and therapy. His specialties are working with depression and anxiety, child and adolescent issues, and family therapy. He also has extensive experience providing therapy for traumatized children and their families.
Dr. Klein has worked as a public school teacher, therapist, school psychologist, and clinical psychologist. He taught graduate courses for Aurora University, is on the teaching faculty of The National Institute for Trauma & Loss in Children, and is the co-founder of Inner Coaching, a company that specializes in products and programs to help children deal with and conquer stress (www.innercoaching.com).
Dr. Klein is a frequent presenter at local, state, and national conferences and workshops. He is the co-author of the book Ready, Set, R.E.L.A.X., A Research Based Program of Relaxation, Learning and Self-Esteem for Children as well as the book RELAX.calm, Helping Teens Manage Stress Through Relaxation & Imagery.
He also contributed a chapter to the book Creative Interventions with Traumatized Children and is a consultant to the Healing Images for Children, a program designed to teach relaxation and imagery to children facing cancer and other serious illnesses. Roger sees clients in Watertown and Jefferson.
AMY MIDDLETON
Amy Middleton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a master-level psychotherapist. She has experience working with families, couples, and individuals. She has experience working with adjustment issues, stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, abuse, parenting issues, relationship issues, conflicts, medical issues, and other life challenges. Amy has extensive training and experience in hypnosis. Amy believes in treating the "whole" person: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually and works regularly in coordination with the client's physician and/or resource people. Amy also has experience in mediation and has worked in both divorce and workplace disputes. She currently sees clients in Watertown.
VICKI MILBRATH
Vicki Milbrath is a licensed professional counselor and a master-level psychotherapist. Vicki specializes in grief and loss counseling. RYAN PARYS
Ryan Parys is a State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor. His specialties include working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in times of crisis, as well as those who have experienced symptoms of Asperger’s Syndrome, reactive-attachment disorder, depression, anxiety, adjustment, and mood disorders. Ryan has worked extensively with adoptive and foster families. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned his Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He performed his internship at Family Resources Associates, Inc and obtained his clinical licensure experience at Rogers Memorial Hospital’s Child/Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Ryan has also worked extensively with troubled adolescents in a residential treatment setting at Lad Lake, Inc.
DAN MERTINS
Daniel Mertins is a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012 with special training in depression recovery using the Dr. Nedley Depression Recovery Program. He has a Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater completed in 2012. Other areas of special interest include improving the frontal lobe using lifestyle, exercise, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy techniques.
Prior to a career in counseling, he spent 23 years working as a grower at Eberts’ Greenhouse Village. He received training using CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) in 2016 and would love to help concerned significant others help get their loved ones into treatment for their substance misuse (see https://www.robertjmeyersphd.com/craft.html for a video of what CRAFT is). Daniel resides in Watertown, WI with his wife Sara and their 4 children. He sees clients in Watertown and Jefferson.
JANET PARKER
Janet Parker is an LCSW and Grief Specialist with over 25 years as a mental health clinician. Janet works with adults, couples, and children dealing with a wide variety of issues and symptoms. She is also specially trained to conduct 1:1 treatment sessions for older adults with dementia. “JP” primarily weaves Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) and Mindfulness Exercises into her therapy; with sessions that are, by design, highly-individualized, strength-based, compassionate, and collaborative.

ERIC GUZMAN
Eric Guzman is a Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and master’s level psychotherapist. Areas of therapy include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood issues, grief, stress management, workplace issues, academic problems, ADHD, phase of life issues, and medical issues.
