Taking the First Step
Any of our four support staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about getting started with counseling. They are familiar with the therapists, schedules, and insurance contracts and will assist you in scheduling your first appointment. They will also call your insurance company to find out your specific coverage for mental health counseling and inform you of any copayments or deductible payments prior to your first appointment. If you do not have insurance coverage we do offer a sliding scale payment program based on your income. Click here to see a list of insurance companies that are accepted by our clinic.
Appointments are available five days a week, evenings, and Saturdays. The office staff is available to take your call between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Appointment times vary depending on individual therapists’ schedules. We will make our best effort to match you with a time that works for your schedule. We have a 24-hour answering service for emergency calls. The answering service will page the therapist who is on call to talk to you directly to help manage the situation.
